A registered licensed architect, Ar. Regala has a Masters degree in Government Management. She is also a holder of two diploma courses on low income housing and shelter design and development, a member of the College of Fellows, United Architects of the Philippines, Housing specialist and ASEAN Architect.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate of the BS Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas, Ar. Arce landed 5th Placer at the Board of Architecture Examinations in 1983. Last 2013, she was elevated to the United Architects of Philippines College of Fellows for her Outstanding Achievement in Architectural practice. She is currently a partner at the Arce-Bailon-Arce Architects; one of the first 40 emplaced in the ASEAN Architects Registry, the 41st in the APEC Architects Registry and currently the National Executive Vice President of UAP.

Ar. Carunungan is the co-founder of Carunungan & Partners Architecture, he was the 2014 Outstanding Professional for Architecture by the Professional Regulation Commission, awarded 2014 Outstanding Thomasian. He is also a Fellow of the United Architects of the Philippines, lifetime member of Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners, ASEAN Architect

Ar. Villanueva is a member of the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners (PIEP), Philippine Green Building Council (Phil GBC), Pasay – Makati Realtors Board (PMRB), Philippine Institute of Interior Design (PIID) and United Architects of the Phils (UAP). She is a graduate of Architecture from UST and a graduate of Interior Design from PSID.

Ar. Boon Che Wee graduated from the University of Melbourne in Planning and Design, and in Architecture; and is a practicing Professional Architect and Director of GRA Architects based in Kuala Lumpur.
He has served as Board Member on the Board of Architects Malaysia and Board of Town Planners Malaysia, as well as on the National Professional Services Export Council and on the Public Hearing Committee of the Kuala Lumpur City Plan 2020. He has also served on Malaysia’s Monitoring Committees for APEC Architects and ASEAN Architects.
Ar. Boon is AYDA – PH’s first regional judge in the Architecture category.
AR. ANA S. MAGALINO-LING

Ar. Ana S. Mangalino-Ling is the National President of the United Architects of the Philippines (Fiscal Years, 2009 – 2010) during her term, her main focus is to nurture emerging architects thru continuing professional education and establishing linkages with government agencies became her top priorities, benchmarking UAP as the center for professional development for architecture and allied professions for students, graduates of architecture, architects and allied professional, sustaining the profession, the professional, the professional products and the professional organization.
As a founding partner in Jose Siao Ling and Associates, she inculcates moral values and interpersonal skills, which for her is as equally necessary as architectural proficiency and strong design sense, in the esteemed development of an Architect.
She is a graduate of Post Baccalaureate course in Real Estate Management from De La Salle College of St. Benilde in 2006 and Property Management from De La Salle Graduate School of Business in 2007. She is a certified in Heritage Building Conservation, Construction Health and Safety, Hospital Planning, Green Building Design Professional, Green Building Assessor and Fire and Life Safety. She is a licensed Landscape Architect and Licensed Environmental Planner.
She served as Honorary Treasure of Architects Regional Council Asia (ARCASIA) in 2007 – 2009, as Alternate Council Member for Region 4 in Union Internationale des Architectes (UIA) 2012 – 2014, an International Associate of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and currently the Treasurer for the East Asia Regional Council for Planning and Housing (EAROPH) Philippines.
